Warranty + Returns


All Brinmar air conditioner covers include a limited lifetime warranty. All Brinmar sound blankets include a 10-year warranty. Sound blankets also include an unconditional satisfaction guarantee when purchased directly from Brinmar. If you are not happy with the amount of noise reduction achieved, we will refund your purchase price less freight charges.

We manufacture all of our products to meet superior standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use or how well you care for your Brinmar product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. The Brinmar Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear, rips, or seam pulls. Any work not covered by warranty can be fixed for a nominal fee.


To arrange a refund, exchange, or warranty claim, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide you with an RGA number and we may also need to provide you with shipping documentation. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.

Goods being returned must be in reasonable condition. They should be unused unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been used or altered (excepting sound blankets) will not be accepted for return or exchange. You must return defective items within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. You will have to pay for return shipping; we do not refund the original shipping costs from the original order, unless the return/exchange was the result of a Brinmar error.
